As our new Learning Support Assistant, you will fully embody and champion these values, bringing a trauma‑informed perspective and a passion for building meaningful, supportive relationships to the very heart of your practice. This role is suited to an experienced and proactive practitioner who has a strong understanding of supporting pupils across the primary phase, including those with additional needs. The successful candidate will be reflective, collaborative and driven by a belief that every child can succeed, regardless of background or starting point.

Key responsibilities
