The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting our Business Development Managers to achieve growth targets. You’ll be confident, curious, and commercially driven, someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and representing Titus with professionalism and enthusiasm. What we need from you
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound activity, calls, emails, and social media.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and nurturing them through the early stages of the pipeline.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth handover and clear context.
- Research prospective organisations to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with Titus’ solutions.
- Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot, ensuring all activities and communications are accurately logged.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share insights and feedback to help refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Resilient and positive, with the ability to adapt to new tools and approaches.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
- UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Previous experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, or Technology Managed Services.
- Experience working towards KPIs or sales targets.
- Understanding of modern sales techniques such as consultative selling, account-based outreach, or social selling.
