We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting our Business Development Managers to achieve growth targets. Sales & Lead Generation
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth handover and clear context.
  • Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot, ensuring all activities and communications are accurately logged.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share insights and feedback to help refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.

1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or lead generation.

  • Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
  • Previous experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, or Technology Managed Services.
  • Experience working towards KPIs or sales targets.
  • Understanding of modern sales techniques such as consultative selling, account-based outreach, or social selling.
