  • Research prospective organisations to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with Titus’ solutions.
  • Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot, ensuring all activities and communications are accurately logged.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Share insights and feedback to help refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.

    What you’ll bring

    • 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
    • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
    • Resilient and positive, with the ability to adapt to new tools and approaches.
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
    • Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot experience a plus).
    • Proficient in Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
    • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.

    Desirable

    • Previous experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, or Technology Managed Services.
    • Experience working towards KPIs or sales targets.
