We’ve recently taken over The Bakery in Tatsfield, and we’re giving it a new lease of life. Now we need a brilliant General Manager to help us turn it into the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.
With amazing food, a cracking team and the Surrey Hills on our doorstep, this is a great place to live and work – and we’re offering an accommodation package for the right person.
What’s the job?
You’ll be the heartbeat of the place – leading the team, keeping service smooth and making sure every guest leaves happy. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to keep the food fresh and exciting, look after the numbers and help us build The Bakery into a proper local favourite.
Who we’re looking for:
- Ideally, you’ve managed a restaurant, café or pub before and know how to lead a team.
- You care about great food, great service, and making people feel welcome.
- You’re organised but hands-on – the kind of manager who’s just as happy on the floor as you are looking at P&Ls.
- You love being part of the community and know how to create a great atmosphere.
