We are currently hiring for two additional roles: one based in London and another in the Midlands (Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester). As a Brand Advocate, you will serve as a key representative of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, promoting the brand and building genuine consumer loyalty. Your mission is to be the face of Tito’s in your territory, moving away from the corporate playbook to build something real.
On any given day, you’ll be on the move, identifying and winning new listings across the independent On-Trade and independent retail sectors to grow our footprint. It’s not just about getting on the shelf; you’ll be the architect of our brand visibility, securing back-bar presence and ensuring our liquid is showcased through quality cocktail menu features. Beyond sales, you are the brand’s lead educator, hosting immersive staff trainings and consumer tastings that bring the Tito’s heritage and our brand platforms to life. You’ll manage your own diary, balancing your time between high-energy trade events and cultivating "best-in-class" partnerships with everyone from local distributor teams to the bartenders on the front lines.
The Ideal Advocate: We’re looking for a true industry insider; someone with at least two years of experience in either Hospitality or FMCG/drinks sales who understands the nuances of the UK bar scene. You are a professional with a "get it done" attitude, but you remain approachable and grounded, embodying the "give back" spirit that defines our brand. As a self-starter, you thrive when given the freedom to run your own territory, possessing the self-discipline to stay organised without someone looking over your shoulder. You are field-ready with a clean UK driving licence and the flexibility to work evenings or weekends when the brand needs you. Finally, you balance that grit with the technical savvy needed to master MS Office, ensuring your reporting and presentations are as high-quality as the liquid in our bottles.
How to Apply: If you’re ready to represent Tito’s Handmade Vodka on an exciting journey driving forwards in the UK, we want to hear from you. Please send your CV directly to.
