We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Golf Club Education Specialist to join our Titleist team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Please note: it is important to have both hands-on experience in golf club fitting and a genuine passion for helping partners and golfers achieve their best results. This role places the individual at the forefront of educating and inspiring fitting partners, ensuring golfers experience the very best in custom golf club performance, unlocking their full potential on the course.
The position supports the Titleist Sales Teams and involves travel across Southern England to work with key fitting partners. The focus will be on enhancing fitting knowledge, refining methodologies, delivering product training sessions to large audiences, and facilitating growth in the Titleist custom club business. Additionally, the role plays a key part in creating and delivering training programs for some of the UK & Ireland’s top club fitters.
Reporting directly to the UK region’s Golf Club Trade Fitting & Education Manager, responsibilities include:
- Empowering club fitting partners to deepen their knowledge of Titleist products, tools, and fitting methodologies, enabling them to provide best-in-class fitting experiences to dedicated golfers.
- Collaborating on partner product training timelines, emphasising superior product performance, and supporting strategic tool distribution across the Titleist fitting network to drive business growth.
- Managing the promotional budget to support the Pyramid of Influence, assisting Golf Club Marketing with effective merchandising of fitting products, and periodically reviewing the account base through performance reports, growth strategies, and competitor insights.
About you: It is important that the successful candidate has advanced golf club fitting expertise and the ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of how the business operates within its industry. PGA professional is preferred but not essential. In addition, the candidate should possess strong IT proficiency and excellent administrative skills, enabling efficient management of reports, training materials, and day-to-day operational tasks.
This is a field-based role, so hours will vary, and the individual should be comfortable planning trips and spending time away from home. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong sales acumen, the ability to present confidently one-on-one or to groups, and a methodical approach to work are essential. Most importantly, the candidate brings a friendly, engaging personality and a genuine passion for educating others about the importance of club fitting.
