Wait Staff

We seek full or part time Waiting Staff to work mainly evenings and weekends in our costal hotel. Reporting to the Duty Managers and General Manager, you will play an integral role in the operation of the hotel., * Serve in the bar and restaurant areas mainly in the evenings and some breakfasts

• Cocktail and wine service

• Cellar management, cleaning duties and assisting front office when required

• Assist with closing the bar area at night and cash ups.

• A hospitality professional, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing role.

• A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.

• A passionate individual, with fantastic customer service skills.
