Responsibilities

  • Configure and onboard new client sites and screens within our Out Watch platform.
  • Ensure all required site, screen, and client information is accurately entered and validated before activation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather missing information required for setup.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure onboarding tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and process records.
  • Maintain accurate records for all sites, screens, and monitoring assets within Out Watch.
  • Conduct regular audits of platform data to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
  • Review historical records and update missing fields where required.
  • Correct data inconsistencies and implement measures to improve data quality.
  • Ensure standard naming conventions and data entry procedures are followed.
  • Support ongoing administration of the Out Watch platform.
  • Assist with screen, site, and asset updates as client estates change.
  • Ensure monitoring assets are correctly assigned and categorised within the system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform configuration and data management processes.
  • Produce reports on onboarding activity, data quality metrics, and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain audit trails of significant updates and changes.
  • Support operational and management reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data management practices align with our company standards and procedures.
  • Assist other departments with ad‑hoc duties as required.
