This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management, Mortgage Advice, or Financial Services Administration, who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position. You will begin in a supported, desk‑based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands‑on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing towards full Financial Planner status.

Career Development- Structured progression from trainee/advisory support into full Financial Planner roles
- Exposure to real client relationships from the outset
- Ongoing training, mentoring, and support from experienced advisers
- Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
- Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
- Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
- Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
- Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
- Maintain accurate and high‑quality client documentation and reporting
- Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise
- Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
- Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
- Are looking to transition into a client‑facing financial planning role
- Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Are motivated by long‑term career progression within financial planning
- Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable working in a target‑driven, client‑focused environment
