Facility Expert (Critical Infrastructure / Data Center)

TITANICOM is hiring experienced Facility Experts to support mission‑critical infrastructure operations across large-scale international projects.
We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in:
- Battery Manufacturing
- Critical Industrial Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments
- Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management
- Handle incident response, fault recovery, RCA, and risk analysis
- Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures
- Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management
- Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Facility / Critical Infrastructure / IDC operations experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or facility systems
- Experience in mission‑critical environments preferred
- Familiar with incident management, risk control, and emergency response
- Team management and project coordination experience
- Able to support on‑site response when incidents occur
