We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of Data Center infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, tracking risks, and ensuring successful delivery of technical infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution.
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting to management.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage technical documentation, change control, and project governance.
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and project acceptance activities where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, or Mission Critical projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
