We are looking for motivated and professional waiters/waitresses with over one year of experience working in both a restaurant and a bar. Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service, managing multiple tables, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience. Experienced in taking orders, handling POS systems, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, known for strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions about food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve dishes and beverages promptly and correctly.
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-organised before and after guests are seated.
  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints professionally and quickly.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel/restaurant service standards.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and surrounding workspaces.
