We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in our Rum Bar at the iconic Titanic Hotel, Liverpool. As Supervisor, you must be able to deliver first class service and strong leadership whilst maintaining strong customer service at all times. Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of the city’s most historic and iconic buildings. The hotel has 153 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique event space West Bay, Stanleys Bar and Grill, Rum Bar, Maya Blue Wellness and adjoining the incredible Rum Warehouse.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Complete working knowledge of the Rum Bar, the food and drink menu, wine list and any other special promotions.
- Supervise the work of bar attendants and evaluate job performance, making recommendations accordingly to the Bar Manager.
- Ensuring all drinks are consistently made to the Titanic Hotel standards.
