We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join us as Concierge/Hall Porter at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of the city's most historic and iconic buildings. The hotel has 153 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique event space West Bay, Stanley's Bar and Grill, Rum Bar, Maya Blue Wellness and adjoining the incredible Rum Warehouse.
As the first and last point of contact in the hotel, delivering an outstanding first and last impression is key. At Titanic Hotel Liverpool it is our goal to deliver an outstanding guest service. As Concierge your role is to respond to a variety of guest requests in a timely and enthusiastic manner ensuring an excellent guest service is delivered seamlessly.

- Highly organised, excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of business and people.
- The ability to understand guest queries and to provide clear and concise responses.
- Enthusiastic and passionate towards ensuring an impeccable guest service is achieved, along with a great sense of humour.
- Be a great team player along with the ability to work and think independently.
- An excellent knowledge of Liverpool and its surrounding attractions.
- The ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English and the ability to calculate accurate mathematical information correctly.
- An excellent attention to detail.
The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role in a hotel operation.
