As Conference and Banqueting Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting to manage operations to deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience; manage, train, and develop team members, and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
About The Role
Main duties and responsibilities :
Assist in managing Wedding, Event, and Conference operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Assist in managing, training and developing the team
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to payroll setting correct work schedules
Assist in recruiting and plan the labour resource in line with budget and business needs encompassing rotas, forecasting and TNA control
Assist in controlling all cost nominals associated with the department through the implementation of control systems and procedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
To attend and contribute to all daily / weekly team meetings

To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law regarding the following company regulations :
Licensing laws
Health and safety regulations
Food handling and hygiene regulations
Fire regulations and procedures

To undertake special duties or work outside the normal daily / weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position at the request of the Conference and Banqueting Manager / Deputy General Manager Manager / General Manager
Skills Needed
