Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering outstanding dining across all hotel kitchens within the historic Harland & Wolff building.
You will supervise day‑to‑day kitchen operations, assist with stock control, hygiene, training, and menu development, and help maintain the high standards of quality and presentation that define Titanic. Right to work in the UK is required; hospitality experience is desirable.
