Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
- Operate the pastry section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef and Assistant Executive Chef to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
- Run the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Report to the Executive Head Chef for the Pastry Section.
- Ensure excellent quality of dessert offerings.

- Supervise Pastry Chefs and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
