We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team! Opened in September 2017, this luxury 119-bedroom hotel is located in the historic former headquarters of Harland & Wolff, the builders of Titanic. The hotel offers a unique blend of heritage and luxury, making it a prime destination in the Titanic Quarter. Job Purpose To serve all food and beverages according to hotel standards, manage shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Assist in maintaining high standards of courtesy, service, and cleanliness. Main duties and responsibilities Ensure exemplary hospitality to guests and staff Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to standards Maintain stock levels and ensure mis-en-place for each shift Control liquor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure proper documentation Proactively upsell to guests Supervise billing and ensure accuracy of guest bills Follow cleaning procedures and maintain hygiene standards Address guest and colleague needs promptly In the absence of managers, oversee department operations Adhere to opening times and procedures Report maintenance issues and damages Handle cashing up and closing procedures Participate in team meetings and briefings Assist in training team members Collaborate with other hotel departments Skills Needed Hospitality experience is preferred.
