At Titanic Hotel Belfast, we look for people who are friendly, welcoming and full of life, people who are always finding ways to make every guest’s experience enjoyable.
Role Purpose:
To ensure that guests’ bedrooms, corridors and public areas are serviced to Hotel and Company standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort dirty linen
- Report linen shortage to Housekeeping Manager
- Maintain a tidy and clean linen room
- Maintain cleanliness of storeroom areas and equipment
- Collect dirty linen from corridors
- Deliver clean linen and supplies to Room Attendants
- Report maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Manager
- Report sub-standard linen to the Housekeeping Manager
- Receive linen deliveries and deliver to stores across the hotel
- In accordance with your Supervisor the Job of the Day to be adhered to
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel
- Attend all relevant training as and when required
- Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary
- Familiarise yourself with our Core Values TITANIC which link to the desired behaviours that we expect all our employees to display
- Have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law regarding the following company regulations: Fire regulations and procedures, Health and safety regulations, First aid procedures
- Ensure that you always comply with the company dress code.
- Undertake special duties or work outside the normal daily/weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position at the request of your Supervisor/Line Manager
