Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- To clean allocated departure and occupied rooms to the hotel standard.
- Carry out scheduled deep cleaning programmes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and stock levels of housekeeping trolleys.
- Maintain cleanliness of storeroom areas and equipment.
- To deal with guest requests promptly.
- To report all lost and found items and ensure these are recorded appropriately.
- Report maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Report sub-standard linen to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Receive linen deliveries and deliver to stores across the hotel.
- In accordance with your Supervisor, adhere to the Job of the Day.
- Ensure corridors and stairways are cleaned after completing allocated rooms.
- To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel.
- To attend all relevant training as and when required.
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

- To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law regarding the following company regulations:
