We are looking for a Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage department, ensuring prompt service and seamless kitchen‑floor liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders of food and beverage are served promptly in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Deliver exemplary hospitality to guests at all times.
  • Confirm that all guest bills are posted correctly.
  • Actively pursue every up‑selling opportunity.
  • Prepare the outlet to service standards and organise current and following day tasks.
  • Follow a strict cleaning procedure on a daily basis.
  • Take ownership to remedy guest and colleague needs in and outside the outlet.
  • Attend all relevant training as required.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments.
  • Report all maintenance faults to the Maintenance Department and follow up through.
  • Minimise wastage within the food and beverage area.
  • Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
  • Familiarise yourself with our Core Values TITANIC which link to the desired behaviours.
  • Maintain security standards for liquor stocks, hotel equipment, keys, and glasses.
  • Adhere to licensing laws, fire regulations, health and safety regulations, first aid procedures, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Adhere to the company dress code and grooming policy at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Hospitality experience (desired).
