We are looking for a Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage department, ensuring prompt service and seamless kitchen‑floor liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure orders of food and beverage are served promptly in accordance with hotel standards.
- Deliver exemplary hospitality to guests at all times.
- Confirm that all guest bills are posted correctly.
- Actively pursue every up‑selling opportunity.
- Prepare the outlet to service standards and organise current and following day tasks.
- Follow a strict cleaning procedure on a daily basis.
- Take ownership to remedy guest and colleague needs in and outside the outlet.
- Attend all relevant training as required.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments.
- Report all maintenance faults to the Maintenance Department and follow up through.
- Minimise wastage within the food and beverage area.
- Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
- Familiarise yourself with our Core Values TITANIC which link to the desired behaviours.
- Maintain security standards for liquor stocks, hotel equipment, keys, and glasses.
- Adhere to licensing laws, fire regulations, health and safety regulations, first aid procedures, and food hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to the company dress code and grooming policy at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Right to work in the UK.
- Hospitality experience (desired).
