Responsibility for ensuring the overall working kitchen environment is kept clean, tidy, safe, and hygienic always. You will also be required to assist under the direction of the chefs with some food preparation. You will also under instruction be required to set up crockery for events and manage the storage of such items to minimize breakages and safe storage.

To provide and facilitate all aspects of maintaining kitchen cleaning and hygiene operations, including cleaning of utensils and equipment to company standards and food hygiene standards.
