This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early marketing experience who wants to build real breadth across content, campaigns, and commercial initiatives in a high-growth fintech. The role

We are looking for a marketing associate to join a lean, high-output team at one of Europe’s most ambitious private markets infrastructure companies. This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about doing excellent work, moves with purpose, and takes real ownership of the things they are responsible for. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing across the full breadth of the marketing function. You won’t be managed at every step. You’ll be trusted to get on with things, ask for what you need, and bring projects over the line without being chased. We use AI throughout our work and expect the people we hire to do the same.

What you’ll work on

This role touches every part of the marketing function. You’ll support across the full mix, including content, campaigns, sales enablement, events, brand, research, and operational projects. No two weeks will look the same, and that’s deliberate. We need someone who can move across workstreams without losing quality or momentum.

About You

  • Around one year of marketing experience, ideally in B2B financial services or fintech.
  • A strong writer with an eye for detail and a healthy dislike of vague, fluffy copy.
  • Actively uses AI tools in your day-to-day work and genuinely curious about where the technology is heading.
  • A natural sense of visual quality, whether that’s layout, design, or simply knowing when something isn’t ready to go out the door.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined in advance.
  • Genuinely interested in private markets, technology, or both.
