About The Role

We are looking for a high‐calibre Client Solutions Specialist to join our growing Client Solutions team. You will act as a specialist helping scope, design and deliver solutions that meet complex client needs. You will be dropped into a wide range of high‐impact initiatives — from launching new fund products to researching regulatory frameworks, advancing and developing Titanbay's capabilities. You will be expected to quickly build expertise, solve ambiguous problems, and take ownership of meaningful workstreams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in complexity, learns fast, and wants to build deep expertise in private markets within a high‐growth environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the launch of new fund products (e.g. ELTIF, LTAF, AIFs, and other closed and open‐ended structures)
  • Conducting in‐depth research across regulatory, structuring, operational and market topics
  • Translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Partnering with Sales in client conversations as a subject‐matter specialist
  • Managing workstreams from research through to implementation
  • Collaborating cross‐functionally with internal teams including Sales, Product, Legal and Operations
  • Driving the continuous improvement of Titanbay's capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a high‐performance environment (product structuring, legal, asset management, consulting, accounting, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving ability
  • Comfortable researching complex topics and forming structured, defensible conclusions
  • Experience managing projects or workstreams end‐to‐end — from initial research and scoping through to execution and delivery (typically launching something new or building capability for the first time)
  • Clear and confident communicator, including in client‐facing settings
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • High ownership mindset
  • Brings foundational experience in private markets and is eager to further develop expertise
