About The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong sense of curiosity, drive and eagerness to learn. You’ll be an integral part of the Investor Services team, helping to deliver a best-in-class experience to our investors and partners. You\'ll work hands-on across our onboarding, KYC/AML and investor servicing workflows, while also contributing to operational improvement projects that support the scalability of our business.
This is a unique launchpad for a career in private markets and fintech operations, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, automation and project delivery.
Responsibilities

  • Support and improve core investor operations such as onboarding, AML and KYC checks
  • Handle investor queries with professionalism and care, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Contribute to projects aimed at process improvement and automation to drive scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams to implement new tools and solutions
  • Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements
  • Document and enhance internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
Qualifications
