As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll provide administrative support to multiple Financial Planners, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for both advisers and clients.
Unlike traditional one-to-one support models, this role involves working across several advisers, requiring excellent communication skills, adaptability and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
The Norwich office is currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation as it becomes more closely aligned with the wider Titan Wealth business.
With ongoing process improvements, system enhancements and evolving ways of working, we're looking for someone who embraces change and enjoys being part of a growing and evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client review packs and valuation reports
- Ensure client and policy information is accurate and up to date within back-office systems
- Gather and maintain information from product providers
- Update client plans, contributions, withdrawals and transfer information
- Produce client correspondence and reports as required
- Create and maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up activity
- Administration & New Business Processing
- Process new business applications efficiently and accurately
- Liaise regularly with product providers regarding client cases
- Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively chase information
- Prepare cases for submission and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Assist with plan information validation and reconciliation activities
- Manage day-to-day client and provider enquiries via telephone and email
- Client Service & Compliance
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Ensure agreed client service standards are met
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
- Support Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and client outcomes
About You
This role requires previous experience within a
Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment .
Candidates must have direct experience supporting Financial Advisers and a solid understanding of the financial planning process.
