Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow client portfolio
- Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns.
- Coordinate efforts and share ideas
- Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns
- Present to both employers and employees, where required
- Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients
- Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients
- Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition
- Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.
- Support with wider Titan projects as and when required

- Presentation skills
- Analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships
- Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time
- Ability to plan own workload and manage conflicting demands and deadlines
- Be a great, creative problem solver
- Be able to influence people to change their behaviours and established practices
- Maintain high standards of performance and activity

Qualifications
- Cert CII preferred, minimum of IF7 and GR1 (Essential)
- Good standard of education Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent
