The Corporate Benefits Consultant - Healthcare and Group Risk will advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits. Be a specialist in Health and Wellbeing products (Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans etc) and Group Risk products (Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness). Experience in benefit platforms / flexible benefits would be helpful.
The Corporate Benefits Consultant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients with both Health and Group Risk schemes. The Consultant should retain and grow the portfolio providing holistic consultancy developing and building long-term relationships.
Collaboration is key, so being able to work with their immediate team and also the wider business is essential for success. Strong personal skills are crucial.
