Titan Wealth Holdings is continuing to grow, and we’re now looking for an IFA Administrator to join our new Client Services Administration Team based in Bristol. This role will provide dedicated support to our desk-based, remote Financial Planners, playing a key part in delivering a smooth, high-quality service to our clients. As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative support across the full advice lifecycle. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting two desk-based Financial Planners, ensuring all pre- and post-sales activity is carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements. Preparing and processing new business applications, valuations, and policy documentation Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows via back-office systems Supporting Financial Planners with diary management, client onboarding, and ongoing servicing Minimum of 12 months’ experience working as an IFA Administrator within financial planning Strong understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements IO back-office experience highly desirable Comfortable supporting desk-based / remote Financial Planners Creativity – we recognise we need new ways of thinking, learning and doing to both improve our own productivity and efficiency as well as to help us stay ahead of competitors.
