The role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for the asset management arm of Titan Wealth business – Titan Asset Management, Titan Investment Solutions, Titan Private Wealth, Square Mile and other asset management propositions. This is a hands-on role reporting into the CMO with the scope to manage current priorities as well as create, develop, and execute our go-to-market strategy for the business. The role operates out of our London Head Office on a hybrid working arrangement. As it’s a 6 month FTC, prior experience in asset management marketing is a must to be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute key marketing deliverables for Titan’s asset management, MPS and Square Mile.
- Work closely with the intermediary sales team to ensure engaging, timely, relevant marketing materials planned and executed.
- Build relationships with strategic partners to support market license activities.
- Work alongside central marketing team to leverage Brand, PR, design and digital expertise as part of own delivery of marketing campaigns
- Liaise with key business stakeholders to create and implement marketing and strategic partner activities covering PR, Digital, social media, events/exhibitions/awards, on and offline communications, collateral.
- Good understanding of HubSpot and LinkedIn processes.
- Have an ROI mindset and understand the importance of tracking and measurement of activities
- Ensure, where appropriate, that targets are set for all activity and results are reported in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with and support the group marketing team, and the CMO directly.
- Oversight and leadership for a marketing executive, providing clear objectives and performance management
- Good understanding of industry trends and investment products.
- Manage appropriate agency relationships and briefing of agencies.
- Good understanding of marketing compliance.
- Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
- Adhere to consumer duty.
Requirements
- As it’s a 6-month FTC, existing experience in asset management/investment marketing is essential to hit the ground running.
- Experience of marketing to IFAs and or DFMs preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an agile and proactive manner.
- B2B financial services marketing experience is required.
- Experience in leading a small hands-on team is desirable.
- Previous budget management responsibilities is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and time management skills essential.
- Business marketing degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Understanding of strategic marketing & planning to include: developing campaigns/communications, supporting teams to develop targeted and accountable marketing plans, production of high-quality marketing collateral.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal including copywriting and editing.
