What you’ll be doing:
- Business Development & Client Partnerships: Build excellent partnerships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand and deliver exceptional service.
- Candidate Care: Build meaningful connections with candidates, going above and beyond to support their career journey and ensure they feel valued every step of the way.
- Organisation & Administration: Keep systems and databases accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth processes and efficient processes.
- Negotiation & Placement: Guide candidates through the offer stage with professionalism and care, securing the right fit and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
