What you\'ll be doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from developing client relationships to placing candidates in roles.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
- Developing new business through outbound sales, networking, and service-led conversations.
- Managing worker onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing candidate care.
- Working closely with clients to understand staffing forecasts and deliver high service levels.
- Meeting KPIs and contributing to branch performance.

- A confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Previous recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
