Salary: Up to £35k, plus commission, bonus and monthly incentives.

We’re expanding our industrial division and looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to drive results, build strong client relationships and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll join a supportive, motivated and success‑focused team that truly values collaboration and achievement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Expanding existing accounts from our extensive client base and driving new business opportunities.
  • Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production.
  • Developing trusted relationships with candidates while sourcing, screening and placing them into the right roles.
  • Delivering exceptional support and service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
