Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for multiple Production Operatives to work for our client based in Yatton (BS49) for an immediate start!

Full Time Work Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Afternoons – 14:00 to 22:00PM

Weekly Pay: £12.71 per hour for afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Completing production orders as directed by the department supervisor.
  • Whilst training, you will be stationed on 1 production department. Once fully trained, you will complete end to end work across multiple departments.
  • Operating several on-site machines such as an industrial cutting machine and a crimping machine.
  • Ensure that all orders when produced are presented to the highest possible standards.
  • Co-operate with the team leader to ensure that any production errors are rectified prior to the goods leaving the building.
  • Assisting members of your team when support is needed in other departments.
  • Complete all orders in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensure that your working environment is always kept clean and hazard free.

Full training is provided by the client. Heavy lifting will be involved.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with hands-on experience using industrial machinery.
  • Safety boots are required for this type of work.
  • Experience in Warehouse or Production: 1 year (preferred).
  • Driving Licence (preferred).
