The Role:
As a Field Lead, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and care staff across the community. This position combines hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities, helping ensure high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients within their own homes
- Supervising and supporting care staff in the field
- Conducting spot checks, observations and service reviews
- Assisting with care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting with staff mentoring and guidance
- Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are maintained
- Helping cover care calls where required
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within healthcare or domiciliary care
- Senior Carer or supervisory experience preferred
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organised and professional approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Up-to-date DBS preferred
