Titan Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-known company based in Fulbourn, Cambridge. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy wholesale branch. Salary: £33,266 per annum rising to £36,086
Benefits:
- 28 days holiday including public holidays
- Additional holiday entitlement for each full year of service (up to 5 extra days)

The Role:
The successful candidate will support the Regional Manager in achieving high operational standards across the branch and will oversee daily activities. You will also be responsible for running operations in the absence of the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising daily plans and staff rotas
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Managing goods-in processes
- Processing same day and next day customer requirements
- Monitoring stock adjustments and write-offs
- Carrying out quality control checks
- Ensuring all procedures are completed in line with SOPs
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Promoting strong health and safety practices throughout the branch
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of SOPs and operational procedures
- Positive attitude with willingness to support additional projects
