We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our Client based in Bleadon. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cold water storage tanks across a range of commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and water hygiene regulations.
Please note: Start times will vary depending on customer requirements and site locations, therefore flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and disinfecting cold water storage tanks.
- Carrying out inspections and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Assisting with minor plumbing-related tasks where required.
- Completing job reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Working safely in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Travelling to customer sites as required.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting associated with tank cleaning operations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Capable of solo heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
- Flexible approach to working hours and varied start times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Plumbing knowledge or previous plumbing experience.
