Location: Birmingham – hybrid working with attendance in person at events as required.

Role Purpose
The Events Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth planning, delivery, and evaluation of the organisation’s events, training sessions, meetings, and external engagement activity. This requires a self-motivated, enthusiastic person with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to hold an overarching view of all moving parts. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider delivery team, the postholder will act as the first point of contact for service users, suppliers and wider stakeholders ensuring a warm, professional, and consistent experience. They will coordinate logistics, manage timelines, support at in-person and on-line delivery, and capture activity where required through photography, evaluation, and follow-up communications.
