Role Overview
As the Media Agency Partnerships Lead, you will lead the development and growth of our relationships with major Pan-European media agency groups (such as WPP, Dentsu, Publicis). Your primary objective is to bridge the gap between Titan's unique technical capabilities—such as our proprietary TV OS data and innovative media formats—and the specific needs of large-scale agencies. You will be responsible for identifying strategic plans to scale revenues, securing long-term advertising spend commitments, and managing those commitments to ensure we meet or exceed our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across major Pan-European media agency groups.
- Revenue Scaling: Identify and implement strategic plans to scale advertising spend by aligning Titan's product roadmap with agency investment priorities.
- Product Innovation & Packaging: Collaborate with internal teams to identify, build, and package innovative media formats and TV OS data products that incentivize long-term agency commitments.
- Commitment Management: Negotiate and secure advertising spend commitments and take full ownership of managing these agreements against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the European CTV landscape to identify emerging trends and competitive threats, ensuring Titan remains a preferred partner for agency groups.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, AdOps, and Sales teams to ensure bespoke agency solutions are delivered successfully and meet performance benchmarks.
Requirements
