The role will focus on managing and developing relationships with key supply partners, ensuring the effective onboarding, integration and performance of advertising inventory across the Titan OS ecosystem.

Working closely with our supply partners, sales, product and ad operations teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maximising inventory performance, revenue opportunities and operational efficiency across the CTV advertising landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Supply Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure agreements with new CTV content owners, app publishers, streaming services and broadcasters across Europe.

  • Manage onboarding: integration of ad inventory into Titan OS, technical setup, compliance, ad formats, etc.
  • Inventory Oversight & Quality Control
  • Monitor inventory performance (fill rates, e CPMs, viewability, engagement metrics) and ensure that supply partners meet quality, brand safety, and fraud prevention standards.
  • Work closely with product, ad operations, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery of supply—optimising streaming, UI entry points, app experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, data ownership, and partner branding requirements.
  • Strategic Development & Growth
  • Map out supply expansion strategies: which content types, geographies, or platform partners to target for maximum reach and monetisation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in CTV, streaming, ad tech, programmatic deals, ad formats, and connected device behaviours.
  • Provide insights that feed into Titan OS’s content discovery, recommendation, and revenue model evolution.
  • Partnership & Revenue Management
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing supply partners, conducting regular business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, including developing exclusive or premium inventory packages, programmatic deals, or new ad formats.
  • Forecast supply revenues, set targets, and contribute input to Titan OS’s budgeting and growth planning.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5+ years in digital media / CTV / ad tech supply roles; experience in content owner/publisher partner negotiation and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem: device manufacturers, OTT platforms,
  • SSPs, DSPs, programmatic monetisation.
  • Commercially strong: able to negotiate favourable deals with a win-win mindset.
  • Analytical skills: ability to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal & external).
  • Knowledge of privacy, viewability, ad fraud, and brand safety standards in TV/streaming.

Desirable

  • Experience working with an OS/platform business (e. g. smart TV OS) or with TV manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with European media markets, local content owners, and broadcasters.
  • Experience with programmatic deals (PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, etc.), preferred ad formats in CTV.

  • Competitive compensation
  • Friendly, diverse, and international work environment
