Role Overview

This role will spearhead content acquisition for FAST channels and CTV apps. You will identify and secure partnerships with top‑tier content providers, negotiate deals, and ensure a diverse, engaging content lineup that aligns with our strategic objectives. You will manage local relationships with partners (CTV/streaming apps & FAST channels) in the UK market. Additionally, you will maintain key strategic relationships across apps & FAST channels, drive adoption of new platform features, negotiate contracts, forecast and report on MAUs and revenues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Smart TV/CTV content business development, partner management and support—identify and evaluate content and tech providers for our Smart TV/CTV platform
  • Acquire locally relevant FAST channels that align with our strategic content plans and maximize the revenue performance of Titan FAST channels lineup
  • Lead and support strategic client accounts in EU across apps & FAST channels to guarantee partner success, including user growth and revenues
  • Develop and implement quarterly partner management plans across marketing, product, and business development
  • Design a business model and legal conditions that lead to strategic partnerships with existing content providers and create possibilities for new providers to join
  • Define Smart TV/CTV content technology roadmaps and requirements
  • Maintain appropriate content (prefill, ads, apps) on the TVs and report on data from apps/content usage to drive user activation with content partners
  • Develop and track KPIs for driving revenue and growth opportunities and present to key internal stakeholders
  • Collect field input regarding apps and Smart TV/CTV features, assign and track to conclusion, and communicate outcomes internally and to consumers

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a business development role, with at least 3 years in Smart TV/CTV/fast channel acquisition
  • Deep understanding of the region in terms of local content and trends, industry contacts and awareness
  • Detailed understanding of all technologies and adjacent spaces relevant to the modern Smart TV industry
  • Professional knowledge of Smart TV trends, business development, app content partnership management
  • Experience engaging content partners and onboarding services on Smart TV/CTV devices
  • Experience explaining Smart TV/CTV content, features and platforms to customers and stakeholders
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing or similar, or equivalent training or experience
  • Good communication skills in English (required), and preferably an understanding of the local region’s language
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive can‑do attitude
