Our Engineering and Manufacturing Division provides comprehensive manufacturing and subcontract machining services. Operating from our UK facilities, we offer precision CNC machining, assembly, testing, and quality assurance for both low- and high-volume production. With strong in-house engineering capability, we support customers with design for manufacture (DFM), process optimisation, and continuous improvement, ensuring cost-effective and repeatable manufacturing solutions. Accredited to ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards, Titan ensures strict quality controls and processes.
This is a full-time, Hybrid (Office based but with travel to clients) Sales Manager role located in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, primarily operating in the Automotive and Motorsport industries but also expanding into the Defence and Scientific markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations
- Negotiating contracts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Contributing to sales strategies to achieve business objectives
About you:
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior business development role within engineering or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing services, or engineered systems (automotive, off-highway, industrial, aerospace, or similar sectors)
- Technically minded, with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
- Willingness to travel within the UK (and occasionally internationally if required)
