We’re hiring: Klaviyo Account Manager (Remote, Part-Time) Our Klaviyo agency is looking for a sharp, reliable Account Manager to join our remote team. If you’ve run Klaviyo accounts before, know your way around email flows and campaign calendars, and want ownership over high-growth DTC brands — we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Own 3–4 Klaviyo accounts from strategy through to execution
- Build and manage monthly campaign calendars & flows
- Collaborate with our creative & tech teams to deliver assets on time
- Manage tasks via Asana, review emails in Figma, and keep delivery on track
- Act as the client’s day-to-day contact in Slack
- Spot A/B test, segmentation and upsell opportunities
- Deliver monthly reporting and strategic updates
You’ll thrive if you...
- Have 2+ years Klaviyo + retention marketing experience
- Know ecommerce inside out — especially flows, campaigns, segmentation & analytics
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and hit deadlines without being chased
