Business Unit Human Resources Manager Role Profile Summary Titan.ium Platform , a leader in signalling, routing, subscriber data management, and security software and services seeks to hire a US based, International Human Resources Manager. The international Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of operational needs for people related processes within the business. The role will be reporting directly to the CEO. The HR Manager will be supported by a Group Level HR Business Partner who will advise and consult on the strategic initiatives within the business to support 130+ employees across various countries in North America, Asia and Europe. This critical role will provide a service-oriented approach to HR and will build collaborative relationships at multiple organizational levels, with Executives, Managers and Employees located globally while supporting the execution of Group HR programs and processes. This role will ensure high quality delivery of HR services to the business in partnership with the Group HR BP while ensuring the business is in compliance with local legislation and parent company policies. Job Duties Act as the first point of contact for the managers and employees within the business; escalating matters to the Group HR BP where required. Support the Group driven annual processes including, but not limited to: Engagement, Merit & Bonus, Performance reviews and Audits. Update relevant policy documents and handbooks and ensure adherence to all HR policies and guidelines and Workday (HRIS) governance. Consolidate HR data, project and program information for the business and provide reporting to Group level HR. In partnership with the business, support the recruitment efforts. In consultation with Group HR; execute and support centralized HR programs for the business. Participate in annual global compensation benchmarking. Administer the company benefits and lead the renewals process for the business. In partnership with Group HR, contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, best practices, SOPs, and tools. Manage the HR onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff within the business. Manage benefits administration for staff within the BU. Prepare the payroll files for processing and work with the finance team to address employee queries and audit requests. Perform other people-related duties as assigned. Skills Certification in human resources management by a governing body is preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals across levels and functions within an organization. Ability to deliver HR training and presentations. Highly proficient utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systems to deliver accurate communications and data. Knowledge of international labour laws and able to interpret and implement employment-related legislation. High level of confidentiality, integrity and objectivity, working with sensitive materials. Commitment to fair and compliant hiring and management processes, incorporating diversity related practices. Creative, logical, and analytical. Willing to try new approaches and to constantly innovate. This is a remote position. Some travel (15%) international required.
