We are a small, highly skilled team who take pride in building exceptional yachts and offering our customers an outstanding experience from concept to completion. You will be involved in high-quality joinery and interior fit-out work on bespoke sailing yachts. The role includes both bench joinery and installation on the boats.
You Should- Have strong joinery skills and experience in boat joinery and fit-out
- Work methodically with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Take pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship
- Bench joinery, including bulkheads and furniture units
- Installation of bulkheads, panels, furniture, fittings, and linings
- Scribing and fitting units in timber and GRP, trimming and adjusting for a perfect fit
- Fitting deck hardware, portlights, and hatches
- Ability to read, understand, and work from CAD drawings
- Experience in other boatbuilding disciplines
- Competitive salary reflecting experience and skill: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum
