We are a small, highly skilled team who take pride in building exceptional yachts and offering our customers an outstanding experience from concept to completion. Team spirit, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship are central to everything we do.
You will be involved in high-quality joinery and interior fit-out work on bespoke sailing yachts. The role includes both bench joinery and installation on the boats.
You Should- Have strong joinery skills and experience in boat joinery and fit-out
- Work methodically with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Take pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship
- Bench joinery, including bulkheads and furniture units
- Installation of bulkheads, panels, furniture, fittings, and linings
- Scribing and fitting units in timber and GRP, trimming and adjusting for a perfect fit
- Fitting deck hardware, portlights, and hatches
- Ability to read, understand, and work from CAD drawings
- Experience in other boatbuilding disciplines
- Competitive salary reflecting experience and skill: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum
