We are currently seeking professional individuals to be part of our team, who share a passion for excellence and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the highest level of customer care and service.
Our assurances to you
- A starting salary of £24,335 plus supplements for languages if applicable.
- Flight pay of £85.50 per duty period; crew meals provided or use of the company credit card for meals and soft drinks when away on company business.
- Generous time off: 45 days away from work (rising to 50 days with service) including holidays, Bank Holidays and associated days off.
- My Day Off scheme allows you to protect 6 days off in the summer and 6 days in the winter.
Additional benefits include: company pension of 6.5%, free car parking, enhanced sick pay and access to Private Medical Insurance.
You will be paid a basic salary during your initial training course of 3-4 weeks.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for freelance working and we are seeking main crew positions only.
Our partnership provides a place for you to develop, with potential promotional opportunities. You will fly regularly with colleagues and be part of a tight-knit group.
Two days may vary in our operation: you could be on a private charter or supporting our customer airlines on flights to popular European destinations, and during winter you may be part of seasonal services such as family flights to Lapland or ski flights.
Requirements
- To meet our exceptional standards, you will need to be a team-player, customer focused, have excellent communication skills, display flexibility and maturity, and be able to converse with guests at all levels.
- Applicants must be 18 years plus and within 30 minutes of Stansted airport on a standby duty.
- You must be able to swim and reach 212 cm in height.
- Hold a full, current driving licence with access to a car.
- Knowledge of a second European language and experience in customer service would be considered an advantage.
- Maintain exceptional personal standards and wear the uniform with pride to promote the corporate image.
Interviews are scheduled in September and early October in the Stansted area with successful candidates joining the team with a start date of 10 November 2025. Incomplete applications will not be processed. This role is not available for sponsorship/work visa.
