Titan Airways requires a technical records clerk to join its busy team.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and update the fleet technical log and maintenance compliance information in the computer maintenance tracking system.
- Check and enter technical log defects, hours, cycles, and oil/fuel uplifts into the IT system.
- Processing component changes in the computer maintenance tracking system.
- Breaking down records to create industry-standard binders and scan documents onto the aircraft database.
- Manage deployment of aircraft damage charts.
- Producing Aircraft Summary reports to assist in the management of assets.
- Produce and prepare statements for ARC reviews through downloads from the OASES system.
- Assist with any administrative requirements.
Experience required
- Prior experience in a technical records environment is advantageous.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office.
- Good office-based skills such as accurate filing, scanning, and making complex arrangements.
Qualifications/skills required
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Meticulous paperwork and record management.
Other requirements
- Full, current and unrestricted driving licence.
- The ability to reside, work and travel freely within the UK.
- Be able to provide information for five-year employment/education references and a criminal records check (for the UK and overseas, if applicable).
Initially, the role will be based on the north side of Stansted Airport.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30.
