We have an exciting opportunity within our Digital Marketing team based at our Leith office. We are looking for a Social Media and Content Executive who will be responsible for managing our growing social media channels while also featuring heavily in Tiso’s video content, becoming the on‑camera face of Tiso group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the face and the voice of Tiso Group across social media including daily posts, responding and escalating as necessary on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn and staying engaged in the conversation.
  • Drive the digital strategy forward through organic social and campaign planning - from planning, execution, and editing.
  • Manage content campaigns and relationships with our brand partners.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team on new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all of our platforms.
  • Be current across all new emerging technologies and social communities.
  • Be current across emerging social and outdoor trends and developments.
  • Attend events to produce content to drive interest in our brand across social media.
  • Own general social media and digital responsibilities including special projects with Supported Bys and brands.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for social media and an extensive knowledge of all channels, including YouTube.
  • Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • Have strong copywriting skills, this is essential along with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be commercially focussed and maximise opportunities as well as supporting the paid team’s strategy.
  • Be proactive and able to prioritise their workload.
  • Be highly organised, commercially focused and dynamic.
  • Be able to work in a fast‑moving environment reacting and adapting to changing trading conditions and demands.
  • Be a team player, capable of independent thinking but naturally collaborative in spirit.
  • Have a love of all things outdoors.

It would also be an advantage for candidates to:

  • Have some retail experience or knowledge.
  • Have editing skills including Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving License.
