We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fantastic service and customer experience, loves the outdoors, and would be excited to join the team in our landmark Keswick store. The position is full time and the successful candidate will be expected to be flexible, including working weekends as required.
What does a day look like?
- Share my expertise and connect with customers as I assist them in purchasing the right gear to enjoy the outdoors.
- Maintain the shop floor standards and ensure the store is a beautiful and engaging place for customers to shop.
- Support merchandising by ensuring that products are in the right place and in the right quantities.
- Research and resolve customer issues.
